Directions

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make thinner.
  2. Coat each chicken breast on both sides with ranch dressing.
  3. Brown on both sides in a skillet in butter. Do not worry about cooking them all the way through. Put in baking dish.
  4. Combine the mayo, cheese, garlic oregano, pepper and salt.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast.
  6. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly and just starting to brown around the edge and chicken is cooked through.
