Cheesy Herb Pizza Dough
"A nice cheesy herb crust that I make in my bread machine."

ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups warm water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄4 ounces active dry yeast
directions
- combine water and brown sugar in bread machine.
- add olive oil.
- add flour through salt.
- make a little well in the flour and pour in yeast packets.
- set machine to dough cycle and allow machine to do it's magic.
- makes enough dough for two pizzas.
