  3. Mix in velveeta or american cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add all drained vegetables; stir until blended.
  5. Pour into sprayed oven-proof dish.
  6. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese.
  7. Bake@ 350F 30-40 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
