This was absolutely wonderful! I made it exactly as written and baked at 375F per another review. It sat partially eaten in the fridge for several days, and it was still as good as new almost 1 week old. I served it to hubby for his birthday dinner and his comment was "this was even better than a restaurant meal." Now, that's a compliment! I put this in my "favorites" recipe collection.

This is a great recipe! I made this last night for dinner and my daughter and I loved it. It was super easy. The only problem with the recipe was that I didn't know what temperature to cook it on. (I am a beginner in the kitchen) and I need to follow directions exactly. So when I realized there was no temp. listed I panicked. ha ha! I ended up cooking it on 375 (I was cooking another dish at that temp so I figured I would give it a try) and it turned out just perfect. Very easy and kid friendly dish.
