  • mashed potatoes, leftover (These amounts can vary depending on amount of leftover potatoes)
  • 1 egg
  • 12 small onion (diced small)
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 12 cup Crisco cooking oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Make into individual patties.
  3. Size of pattie will determine how many servings you will have.
  4. Fry in skillet with oil till light golden brown on both sides.
