Cheesy Potato Scallop

"Potato scallop is my favourite comfort food, and my boyfriends, too, and we had been wanting to try and make a homemade one for a long time, and I came across this on the Kraft.ca website (http://www.kraftcanada.com/en/Recipes/RecipeTemplate?recipe_id=84716), and it turned out fantastic! It's become a common dish in our home. We skip on the onions because my boyfriend doesn't like them and I've made this with cheddar cheese, and also with mozzarella cheese, and both turn out fabulously! Enjoy :)"
