  • 1 (2 lb) bag frozen chunk hash browns
  • 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Put in an ungreased 9X13 baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown and hot in the center.

  2. You're right, these are the first to go. Delicious, creamy potato dish with a crusty top that tastes like au gratin potatoes.
