- 5 medium potatoes

CHEESE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 -3 cups cheddar cheese
directions
- Boil unpeeled potatoes; set aside to cool.
- Peel potatoes and grate with cheese grater.
- Place grated potatoes in an oven-safe dish.
- Add garlic salt to taste.

CHEESE SAUCE:
- Over a low burner, melt butter; mix with flour and milk.
- Slowly add cheese to thicken.
- Pour cheese sauce into potatoes and fold in; add salt to taste.
- Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour until brown on top.
