Directions

  1. Place hashbrowns in rectangle cake pan (or other baking dish).
  2. Sprinkle onion and pepper over the top of the hashbrowns.
  3. Mix soup, cream cheese and milk and pour over top of hashbrowns.
  4. Grate cheese over top.
  5. Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
