Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

"It is so quick to make as a side dish and it tastes great! Wonderful with steaks. Also can be made with low-fat ingredients. Just omit the butter."

  • Peel Potatoes and cut in bite size pieces. Boil on high heat until tender with a fork. Not falling apart mushy. Drain. Place back in pan. Combine all ingredients and let warm up making sure cheese is melted. Add garlic salt to taste. Serve!

  4. I love potatoes, so this is a winner. I used 3 large potatoes, 1/4 C. milk, about a palm full of Kraft casserole cheese and 1/4 C. ranch dressing. Also the salt. It was tasty and filling.
