Directions

  1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute celery and onion for 6 to 8 minutes or until just tender.
  2. Stir in rice and corn.
  3. In a small bowl, combine dry milk powder and water.
  4. Add milk mixture to the celery mixture.
  5. Mix well to combine.
  6. Stir cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and lemon pepper into celery mixture.
  7. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
