  • Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add the rice and cook 1 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • Stir in the vegetable broth, Garlic & Herb Blend, Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend, and Dijon mustard.
  • Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in the Parmesan, peas, and butter. Serve, garnish with chopped chives.
