"We were in a snow storm unable to get to the store, and were running out of ideas of food to make with what we had available, so we decided to try this out. It was a hit, and my kids LOVE it!
The kids love rotel dip, so we just kicked it up a bit!"

- 2 (8 ounce) boxes macaroni noodles
- 1 loaf Velveeta cheese
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel (any flavor)
directions
- Cook noodles as directed.
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add velveeta & rotel to ground beef.
