directions

  • Beat three large eggs until smooth. Add milk and salt, parsley and paprika. Wisk until well mixed.
  • Heat a frying pan, coated with Pam to medium heat.
  • Pour in eggs. Sprinkle cheese through-out. Cook for about 2 minutes--until bottom is cooked(though cooking time may vary).
  • Scramble in pan by moving egg around. WHen egg is fully cooked, pat down to cover pan. Allow to brown on bottom then flip and repeat on other side.
  • I then top off hot egg with a few more sprinkles of cheese.

Im a 31 mother of 2 young children. I LOVE to cook and try new recipes, even though I seldom get the chance since I having the girls. I love cooking but my passion is baking. I started baking when I was 3 yr old. My daughter who recently turned 3, started when she was 2. She does EVERYTHING (including cracking eggs). I love to watch Rachel Ray. I have lots of cookbooks but they just collect dust now because I use the internet. I lived in the south for 11 years and miss it dearly. My love affair with food started then!
