- Place eggs into bowl.
- Put both eggs and Hot dogs into pans on a burner.
- Scramble eggs.
- Cook hot dogs thoroughly
- Empty into scrambled eggs.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Turn off heat.
- Place cheese onto mixture and stir well until cheese is melted to satisfaction.
