Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 medium yellow onion
  • 14 green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (8 count) package onion hamburger buns
  • 2 lbs 80% lean ground beef (20/80)
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup (I use campbell's)

Directions

  1. chop onion and green pepper into small pieces (up to you on how big, I usually go small).
  2. melt butter in medium pan and saute onions and peppers until soft.
  3. set aside onions and peppers.
  4. brown hamburger in the same pan then drain.
  5. return hamburger, onion, and pepper to pan mix thoroughly
  6. set stove to medium/low heat and add cheddar cheese soup (1 full can then little by little of the second until you achieve desired consistency mixing constantly).
  7. heat through, serve on buns, enjoy!
