Cheesy Stuffed Chicken Shells

"O these are so good! This is my favorite meal that my mom used to make. Now I make them :) Whenever I make these the whole family goes crazy and there is hardly EVER leftovers! ENJOY!"

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium size saucepan over medium heat mix together cheese and 1 cup of the evaporated milk.
  • Stir until cheese melts and combines with the milk.
  • Stir in chicken, peas, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add rest of milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy, like a thick cheese sauce.
  • Remove mixture from heat.
  • Using a spoon, stuff shells with cheese mixture, place in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • SERVE!

  1. These were bland and gritty. Some of my family members liked them, some didn't.
     
  2. These were a little bland for us. I ended up dousing the lot with spaghetti sauce. I had lots more filling than I had shells. Not sure if I will try this one again.

  4. This was a nice easy dish to prepare. I did find it a little bland, perhaps I didnt put enough seasonings into it... I would definately try it again though, and will kick up the seasonings a little more next time. Thanks for the recipe :)
     
  5. Tried this recipe tonight. So few ingredients, SO MUCH FLAVOR! Didn't seem possible. We will be having again soon.
