Cheesy Stuffed Jalapenos

“I love jalapenos and these are easy to make. I am just guessing on the amounts since I have to add specifics here so feel free to adapt to your taste or the amount you want to make. I like to add bacon bits to mine. Instead of bread crumbs you can also wrap with bacon which I find very delicious. I just cook til the bacon is done.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 10 fresh jalapenos, halved and with the seeds removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into jalapenos.
  4. Dip jalapeno in oil.
  5. Then dip into bread crumbs.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes or till tender.
