  • Cook chicken in skillet, adding desired seasonings. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Put ingredients into a greased 9x13-inch pan and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
  • (Some people cover this recipe during the first half of the baking time, but this is optional).

  1. Awesomely simple and incredibly delicious! I opted for cream of potato soup, extra sour cream and some Cabot Vermont white cheddar cheese, which gave it a little extra something that the whole family loved! This is yet another keeper recipe I'm sure to make again and again and again...
     
  2. Okay so instead of mushroom soup I added broccoli cheddar, just because I hate mushrooms. The author didn't inclue a temperature for cooking, but I cooked it at 450 for about 25 minutes. It came out browned on the top slightly and it is amazing. It was something my family and I really enjoyed.

I'm a mother of 5, ages 3-17. My husband & I have been married for 19 years. I was a stay at home mom for almost 17 years, homeschooled for 3 of those years, and now help run an auto repair shop with my very talented husband. I'm currently working on losing weight and have joined the local YMCA. I'm consistantly working out 3-5 times a week for an average of 75 minutes per session.
