Directions

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  2. Beat egg whites until fluffy.
  3. Once pan is heated, spread fluffed egg whites quickly.
  4. Sprinkle half the tomatoes, basil, and cheese onto omlet and fold.
  5. After 2 minutes, flip omlet and cook another 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle remainder of tomatoes, basil, and cheese on top of omlet.
