- 1⁄4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- Pam cooking spray or butter
directions
- Spray a microwavable plate or pie dish with pam or coat with butter.
- Thinly layer the cheese on the plate and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds on high or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
- Let cool till crisp then eat the darned thing!
- Yummy!

These are delicious. I melted them on the plate in about 5 inch circles and then immediately laid them over a 4 oz. pyrex bowl and let them drape down over the sides as they cooled. When they hardened, they made great little bowls for filling with small pieces of raw veggies, olives, etc. They made very attractive little appetizers.
