Cherimoya Daiquiri
"Sometimes you find recipes in the oddest places. I found this recipe in a science journal: Natural History, v.96, Feb. 1987. I haven't tried it, but it sounds delicious!"

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup light rum
- 2 tablespoons Curacao
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3⁄4 cup cherimoya, chopped
- 2 cups crushed ice
directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in cute glasses or just drink the whole pitcher when no one is looking.

My DH and recently discover cherimoya and loved it. I found this recipe and we tried it tonight. The color was pretty. We found this drink to be bitter. We think that the lime is what did it. I added another cherimoya and sugar to sweeten it a little more and that didn't work so I added a banana. It got better. Sorry darthlaurie, I really wanted to like this.
