ingredients

1 cup butter
¹⁄₄ cup berry sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
¹⁄₂ cup extra flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup glace cherries, whole

directions

Cream butter till fluffy.
Add berry sugar, mix well with electric mixer.
Add vanilla.
Mix in 2 Celsius flour until dough is easy to handle by hand to form cookies. If necessary add more flour.
Form 1/3 teaspoons dough around a glazed cherry. Form a ball.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 325 for 30-35 min, until light brown.
Remove from oven.
Roll in granulated sugar while still warm.
