ingredients
- 1⁄3 ounce bailey's irish cream
- 1⁄3 ounce amaretto liqueur
- 1⁄3 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- cranberry juice (1 splash)
directions
- Mix together with ice in martini shaker.
- Strain into shot glass.
- Enjoy.

Very yummy indeed. When I came across this drink I just couldn't resist trying it and I'm glad that I did. I'm not so sure that it really tastes like cherry though and I think I liked it best before adding the cranberry juice and be careful about how much juice you add, one person ask for a "heavy splash" and the whole drink separated like it was curddled. I'll surly make this again but next time I'll add a tiny bit of cream in place of the cranberry juice. Thanks Mary :D -
Yum! This does taste like cherry cheesecake! I followed another reviewer and tried to float some maraschino on top but I won't next time. This was so yummy without it! Thanks mary! -

This turns out to be a pretty thick & creamy shot. (and I liked it better as a shot than a sipped drink). It does really taste like cherry cheesecake, lol. -
It's weird but it really tastes cherry cheese cake. Maybe because of amaretto and cranberry juice together. Really a delicious taste. Thanks Mary :) Made for Newest Zaar tag.

I have two boys who will usually eat most things I put in front of them. As a single mom I use them as my guinea pigs....sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have a huge garden, blueberry and blackberry bushes. I am always looking for a new recipe. I have three cats (Xiao Mao, which means little cat in Chinese, Pumpkin and Max) and two border collies, Lucy and Grace. All my animals come from Rescue Agencies.
