  • Mix together crackers, margarine and 6 tablespoons powdered sugar.
  • Put in 9x13 in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 4 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • Mix 3/4 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese together.
  • Add cool whip.
  • Put on top of cooled crust.
  • Top with cherry pie filling.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

  1. OMG!!!! Was this a great recipe. It was super easy to make and tasted wonderful. It was also very pretty on the plate with just a dollop of cool whip on top. My guys were oohing and awwing with every bite and kept smiling and saying "keeper", "it's a 10" etc. Thanks for sharing a recipe that will be made again and again for my cheesecake loving roomies! Made for PAC Spring 2010.
