Directions

  1. Brush beaten egg on crust and bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes (optional). Then let it cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, sour cream & vanilla.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Place mixture in the pie crust evenly.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling.
  7. Cover and put in the fridge until cold.
  8. Helpful Hint: put it in the freezer if you want to eat it sooner!
  9. Enjoy.
