Directions

  1. Blend first 6 ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour and salt and coat chicken.
  4. Brown in oil in a skillet at medium heat, turning chicken.
  5. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
  6. Drain off fat.
  7. Add cherry sauce.
  8. Cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
  9. Turn chicken.
  10. Simmer 15 more minutes.
