“This recipe is my version of a local restaurants sandwich. I've made this for myself using the frozen cooked chicken breasts and it has turned out very well. I also made a huge batch for a bridal shower. I mixed it in my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer; it ended up as more of a paste consistency and I had to add more mayo and buttermilk but it was still raved about. For the shower I served it on Hawiian sweet dinner rolls.”

  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Can be chilled or served right away. Serve on bread or roll of you choice (I prefer ciabatta bread) and top with lettuce and tomato.
