  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. In a food processor place flour and confectioners sugar; cover and process until blended. Add butter, cover and pulse 15 times, until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press into 9 in square baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 12-15 mins until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
  3. For filling combine the egg, egg whites, sugar, and vanillain a bowl.
  4. Combine the flour, baking pwd, and salt; add the egg mixture. Stir in cherries, nuts, and coconut. Spread over the crust.
  5. Bake for 20-25mins or until firm. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars, refridgerate leftovers.
