  1. In a medium bowl, smash cream cheese up with a fork.
  2. Combine all the ingredients (except the vanilla wafers) with the cream cheese.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Let chill in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Top the flat side of 1 wafer with 2 tsp of cream cheese mixture.
  6. Then top with another wafer to form a sandwich.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Enjoy!
