Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Clear Jel
  • sugar (to taste, approximately 1 cup)

Directions

  1. Add lemon juice to cherries.
  2. Combine Clear Jel with 1/4 cup of sugar.
  3. Add to cherries.
  4. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
  5. Pour into jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  6. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath or freeze.
