  1. Very refreshing. I subbed 1/4 cup agave nectar for the sugar. As is, the flavor was great, but I am going to try it with the amounts of lemon juice and cherry juice reversed next time for a mor pronounced cherry flavor. Great use for the fresh mint in my garden.

  2. I did not use as much sugar as I dont like things too sweet, it was a delicious cooling drink on a hot, hot day - thanks for posting.

  3. This is great! I only have a small pitcher at home so I reduced some things. I boiled 3 packets of green tea and the mint leaves in 1.5 cups of water. I dissolved the sugar in 1 cup of water (I only used 1/2 cup of sugar because I don't like my tea too sweet). I used the same measurements for the cherry juice and lemon juice --- great!! Thisll definitely be in my rotation for homemade drinks.

  4. We love all the flavors in this tea so this was a easy recipe to rate. I used Juicy Juice cherry juice and bottled lemon juice. Did add more cherry juice for our taste and next time will try maraschino cherry juice. DH added a little more sugar but I enjoyed the bit of tart flavor. Will make this again! Made and reviewed for PIck a Chef Spring 2010.

  5. I scaled this down to serve 2 people and was happy with the results! A nice tea to sip throughout the day. Thanks!
