- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fat free balsamic vinaigrette
- 5 -6 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
directions
- Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for about 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

I am a 26-year-old computer programmer living in Lubbock, Texas. Besides cooking, I enjoy running, shopping and watching sports (especially college football!). I recently ran my first half-marathon and I'm looking forward to running more of them. Because of that, I try to eat pretty healthy. During the week I'm always looking for quick meals since work and the gym take up most of my day.
