  • In mixing bowl combine egg and milk and stir in bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
  • Add meat and mix well.
  • Shape 1/4 cup of the meat mixture evenly around each cherry tomato to form round meatballs.
  • Place 9x13 baking pan.
  • Bake 375°F 25-30 minutes.

  1. I am sad to say that this recipe was OK. I was so excited to try it, but they really weren't all I had hoped they would be. I added a little bit (about 1/4 cup) of parmesan cheese to the meat mixture but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Thanks for the recipe, and I am sure that others will like this recipe, I really think it was personal taste.
