  1. Stir all ingredients. ( except 2 egg whites) together rapidly and
  2. bake at 325° for thirty to forty-five minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and center of pie is set.
  3. Beat 2 egg whites with 3 tbsp sugar and vanilla.
  4. Brown in oven.
  5. Double the recipe for 3 pies.
  6. Set pie pan inside a baking dish with water in to bake.
