Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

"Got this recipe from the Kraft Foods website and I will never use another chocolate chip cookie recipe again. Every cookie came out perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside! Sooooo good!"

  • HEAT oven to 375°F Beat butter, sugars, dry pudding mix and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs and baking soda; mix well. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition until well blended. Stir in chocolate.
  • DROP teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • BAKE 8 to 10 minute or until golden brown. Cool 3 minute on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks. Cool completely.

  1. As you said, this is the best recipe and I can just stop looking for another! My oatmeal raisin recipe has vanilla pudding in it which makes such a huge difference. So soft! This is very similar and with the chocolate chunks, it's amazing, so good. I got the dark chocolate chunks - Safeway's Signature brand that were 61% cacao - so they had plenty of sweetness! This is my new "goto". Very Yummy Christmas Cookies this year!
