- 1⁄3 cup coconut milk
- 3⁄4 cup dried mixed fruit
- 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
- 1⁄2 cup puffed rice cereal
- 1⁄3 cup hemp protein powder
- 1⁄4 cup grated dark baking chocolate, bar
- 1⁄2 cup hemp seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup honey or 1/4 cup syrup
- 1⁄2 cup oats, toasted
directions
- Mix All Ingredients.
- Press onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
- Let dry overnight & then cut into bars.
- Refrigerate for freshness.
