- 5 cups oats
- 1 1⁄2 quinoa, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 3⁄4 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
- place 1 cup pats in the blender and blend until fine.
- Mix blended oats and remaining ingredients well.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are brown.
- you can store them in the fridge or freezer.
