  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
  • place 1 cup pats in the blender and blend until fine.
  • Mix blended oats and remaining ingredients well.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are brown.
  • you can store them in the fridge or freezer.
