  1. Mix the Rice Chex and mixed nuts together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan, melt together and boil 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla after boiling.
  4. Pour over cereal/nut mixture.
  5. Spread around on a large greased pan and cool.
  6. When cooled, store in a air-tight container.
