Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 12 ounces dried garbanzo beans, cooked
  • 4 medium eggs, separated
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons brandy extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Pour milk in blender or food processor; add garbanzos and process.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks until light in color. Add sugar, extract and cinnamon; add garbanzos and mix well.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into garbanzo mixture. Pour into an 8X8X3 inch nonstick baking pan or pan sprayed with PAM.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until center is done or about 1 hour.
  5. Chill and serve cold.
