  1. Cook bacon, onion, mushrooms and green pepper in butter until soft.
  2. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in cream and broth. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat and add chicken. Allow to cool.
  4. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
  5. To serve: thaw. Heat in saucepan. Serve over toast, biscuits or puff pastry.
