Directions

  1. In skillet brown chicken in butter about 10 minutews.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add wine, water, slat, bouillon granules and pepper to chicken in skillet.
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or til chickent is tender.
  5. Sprinkle chicken with cheese; season to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
