Chicken and Hummus Wraps

  • Spread 1/2 tablespoon hummus over each tortilla.
  • Put the strips of chicken and cucumber on top; add the shredded lettuce.
  • Drizzle each wrap with 1 teaspoon chile oil or sweet chile sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll up tortillas and secure with a toothpick.
  • Serve.

  3. LOVED these wraps! The fresh veggies and chili sauce with the hummus was so refreshing! Could easily be made vegan too if you needed that. I used FloridaNatives Avacado Hummus for this which I also highly recommend! Made for PAC spring '11.
     
  4. I love this quick easy Lunch. I would like add this would also make a good light dinner. I also used pre-cooked chicken from leftovers and instead of chili sauce I used organic salsa. Delicious!!! I have made a couple of times now and this will be a keeper for me!!
     
  5. Great tasty wrap! I added some chopped apple instead of the cucumber and some sweet chili sauce. I also used 2 tablespoons of hummus and pre-cooked chicken from leftovers.
