  • Combine the mushrooms, chicken, celery and onions in a bowl.
  • Seperately, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, oj, tarragon, Dijon, pepper and salt (if needed).
  • Gently combine the dressing into the salad ingredients.
  • Serve over torn romaine leaves.
