Chicken and Tortellini Soup

"We love this Tortellini Soup with the chicken & veggies in it. I'm not really sure how long I have been making this soup. I use to make it just using chicken broth. Then one day I made it with the Chicken & Veggies.Yummy"

  1. Delicious. When I made it, I added an additional cup of broth, and added a can of Italian diced tomatoes. I'll definitely make again.

  2. My husband loved this soup (and he's not really a soup person). I used turkey breasts instead of chicken breasts. I also left out the celery b/c I didn't have any. Instead of salt and pepper, I seasoned this with Herbes De Provence Recipe #46558. I added other (cous-cous-sized) noodles along with the tortellini. Over all, I probably ended up doubling the recipe b/c I didn't measure the amounts of the veggies accurately. Therefore, I might have been helpful to know how much chicken broth and water was to be added for this recipe. Definitely a keeper though. Thanks!

  3. I made this last night for dinner and all I can say is YUMMMY!! I left out the peas because family doesn't like them AT ALL, but I will be making this again!

  4. This soup is so good, I made it exactly like the recipe says and I can say it is better than chicken noodle by far.
