Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken (or more)
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions (or more)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) box wild rice, cooked according to directions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Place into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. This can also be frozen and baked later.
