  1. In large bowl, shred chicken.
  2. Add apple, cranberries, celery, and green onion.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir into chicken mixture.
  5. Spoon onto 4 of the bread slices and top with remaining bread slices.
