Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cooked diced chicken
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (28 ounce) canof homestyle beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. rinse rice thoroughly.
  2. heat oil in rice pan on Med/High heat.
  3. brown half of the rice in the oil. only until a golden brown.
  4. add the rest of the rice, beans, chicken, and water.
  5. bring to a boil and turn the heat down to low.
  6. cover and let cook for 25 minutes.
