  • Boil whole chicken breasts till done.
  • Cut up chicken into small pieces.
  • In a large pot place chicken, tomatoes, onions, oil, water, garlic and all seasoning. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add (drained) beans and corn then simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Season to your taste buds.
  • Enjoy!
