"I have had this recipe for years. It's a reproduction from a restarant in a mall I use to go to several years ago. It has been out of business for years now. I would always order this when I went shopping there. Put garlic bread and a wonderful side salad and you have a wonderful meal to serve company or a family meal."

¹⁄₂ cup margarine
2 cups chopped celery ribs
1 cup diced onion
¹⁄₄ cup chopped green bell pepper
¹⁄₄ cup chopped fresh white mushroom
1 lb broccoli
1 ¹⁄₄ cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
16 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₄ teaspoon garlic salt

directions

Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add chicken and seasoning, add cream cheese and boil over low till melted. Pour mixture into butter casserole. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown.
